By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to QuantixCore ERP ("QuantixCore", "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, partnership firm, or proprietary business, you warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.
QuantixCore grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to access and use the ERP software for your internal auto parts retail, wholesale, and accounting operations. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the cloud application.
While QuantixCore provides automated GST calculation formulas, HSN mapping helpers, E-Invoice QR formatting, and Tally XML exports, the ultimate statutory responsibility for accurate return filing, tax remittances, and statutory compliance remains with the registered business taxpayer and authorized signatories.
We strive for a 99.9% uptime for cloud counter billing and API endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance and performed during off-peak Indian business hours.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
