1. Executive Overview

QuantixCore ERP ("QuantixCore", "we", "our", or "the Platform") provides a multi-tenant cloud enterprise resource planning system for automotive spare parts retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in India. We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and privacy of your commercial data in strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India.

2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Your business data (ledgers, invoices, supplier records, inventory costs, and customer directories) is strictly isolated by unique tenantId and companyId filters. No tenant can view, query, or modify data belonging to another tenant under any circumstances.

3. Information We Collect & Encryption

• Business Profile & Statutory Identifiers: Company Name, Legal Trade Name, GSTIN, PAN, Bank Account details, and registered business addresses. All sensitive identifiers are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
• Transactional Data: Tax Invoices, Purchase Vouchers, Day Book entries, Inventory Part movements, and Tally sync logs necessary for statutory accounting.
• User Credentials: Operator passwords are cryptographically hashed with Argon2id. We never store plain-text passwords.

4. Use of Commercial Data

QuantixCore processes your data exclusively to deliver ERP features: computing GST taxes, generating E-Way Bills & E-Invoices, formatting Tally XML vouchers, and generating accounting reports. We do NOT sell, lease, or monetize your commercial or party transaction data to third-party advertisers or aggregators.

5. Data Retention & Portability

In compliance with Indian Goods and Services Tax laws, commercial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 72 months from the due date of filing the relevant annual return. Tenants may export full XML/CSV backups of their accounting vouchers, parties, and stock items at any time.
